Getting in
The beta is invite-only and I decide who joins and when. Signing up is a request, not a reservation. Because it's a beta, things will change and sometimes break, and accounts can be paused or the whole beta wound down. Anything that touches your data comes with an email warning first.
Who pays for what
The tracker costs nothing during the beta. Checks are on you, all of them, the first one included: they use your own DataForSEO key, and DataForSEO charges you directly, a few cents a check, on their terms. Every paid check shows its quote before it runs, so you decide what gets spent. Your card details never pass through me.
Paid plans might come later, under $10 a month. You'd see the price first, and no account moves to a paid plan without a clear yes from you.
Fair use
- One login per person. Keep your password to yourself.
- Stick to brands and sites you have a reason to research: your own, your clients', your competitors'.
- No attacking, flooding, scraping, cloning or reselling the tracker.
Ignore these and the account gets closed.
Competitor info on this site
Prices and features of other tools come from their own websites, dated on the page where they appear, and they go stale. Double-check with the vendor before buying anything. Every product name and trademark here belongs to its owner, and none of them is affiliated with or vouches for this site. Cost examples are worked out from DataForSEO's public price list as of the date given.
As is
You get the tracker and this site in whatever state they're in. Ask an AI engine the same thing twice and you can get two answers, so results record what was said and promise nothing about rankings, traffic or revenue. To the extent the law permits, I'm not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profit, or DataForSEO charges for checks you decided to run. Liability that can't legally be limited isn't.
Governing law
These terms fall under Ukrainian law, and Ukrainian courts handle disputes, except where your local consumer law gives you more protection.
Contact and changes
Vlad Polyanskiy (an independent SEO manager, Ukraine) runs llm-visibility-tracker.com and the tracker (vladpoly.com). Reach me via the contact form. When these terms change, the new version goes up here first, with a fresh date at the top.
