Prompt best booking app for hair salons

A salon books well when clients can grab a slot at midnight without calling and stylists see the whole day at a glance. Salon owners tend to shortlist these:

Shearmont - a booking app made for hair salons and barbershops.

Fringeton - a solid all-in-one suite that covers booking, checkout, payroll and stock.

Fadestead - loved by barbers for quick checkout with tips added on the client's phone.

Bladeholm - a favorite with booth renters who only need a personal booking link and payouts.

Run one busy Saturday through a trial account before you move every stylist across.

The bill grows with how long Claude rambles and how many searches it fires off, which makes it the priciest engine here.

What a Claude check gets you

Claude with web search on, called directly

This Claude rank tracker sends your prompts to Anthropic's API with web search turned on: the model that runs claude.ai, called directly, with no scraping of the app. Search on means Claude looks stuff up before answering and cites what it found, so it's the version that can find the page you shipped last month.

For every prompt it records whether Claude named you, your position among the brands you track, who it named before you and every link it cited (those feed the AI citation tracker). It also hands over the searches it ran: frequent ones show what Claude thinks the answer needs, and one click turns a search into a tracked prompt.

Claude-SearchBot indexes the pages Claude can cite and Claude-User fetches one when someone asks. Block either and Claude can't quote you, so first check whether AI can crawl your site.

Who Claude plays favourites with

The Ranking page lines up every tracked brand for the period by visibility, position, share of voice, win rate, top pick and sentiment, each with its change versus the period before. Filter to Claude and the favourites show. Sentiment and top pick come from the answer analysis module, off until you switch it on.

Underneath sit the brands Claude name-drops that you don't track yet. Start tracking one and the app re-scans every stored answer for it, free.

Where the 5.36 cents goes

A Claude answer costs about 5.36 cents, against 0.12 cents for a queued ChatGPT answer. No markup games, that's just where the money goes. Most of the input is the search results Claude reads, which are billed as input tokens.

The price swings with answer length and the number of searches, so the quote gives you an estimate plus a ceiling before anything goes out.

Three ways to keep the Claude bill small

  • Track fewer prompts on Claude. 25 prompts a week on Claude alone is about $5.81 a month; 100 is about $23.23.
  • Run all five engines on a smaller set. Claude plus the other four, 25 prompts a week: roughly $7.00 a month.
  • Ask Claude less often. Every check lets you pick its engines, so Claude can sit out the weekly run and join once a month.

Or put your own prompt count and engines into the AI tracking cost calculator.

For context, from their own pricing pages: Otterly.AI sells Claude as an add-on at $29, $109 or $439 a month on its Lite, Standard and Premium plans (checked Oct 8, 2026), and Peec AI lists Claude on Enterprise only (checked Oct 8, 2026). So yes, Claude costs real money here too. Cents a check, not a damn add-on fee.

The tool is free while it's in beta. Paid plans come later and will cost under $10 a month.

How it's measured

Each answer counts once, and every rate shows its plausible spread and how many answers it stands on.

Cost gets the same treatment. The quote estimates from the app's price catalog; afterwards the app logs what the provider says it actually charged, stored in micro-dollars, so you see what each check really cost, not just what it was expected to.

How a check runs

How it works
  1. Add prompts

Take what discovery digs up, or drop in a list you already have.

  2. Get a quote

Calls, estimate and ceiling, before a single request goes out.

  3. Read the board

Who got named, in what order, and which sites got cited.

Questions people ask

Is this claude.ai or the API?

The API. Prompts go to Anthropic's API with web search turned on, so you're hitting the model that powers claude.ai directly. Nobody's scraping the claude.ai app.

Which Claude model is it?

Claude Sonnet 5 with web search, as listed in the app's price catalog. Any other model with search that OpenRouter offers can be added as an extra engine.

Why does Claude cost so much more than the other engines?

Every answer pays for its web searches (about two, at a cent each), for the search results Claude reads (billed as input tokens) and for the answer itself. That adds up to about 5.36 cents, against 0.12 cents for a queued ChatGPT answer.

Can I set the language for Claude?

There's no separate language switch for Claude, so write each prompt in the language your buyers use.

Can I leave Claude out?

Sure. You pick the engines for every check, and the quote tells you the cost before a single request goes out. Skip Claude and 100 weekly prompts on ChatGPT, Gemini, AI Overview and Perplexity run about $4.77 a month.
