What you type in

There are exactly two forms on llm-visibility-tracker.com, and each one keeps a small record:

  • The beta form saves your email, the site you said you want tracked (if you filled it in), which page the form was on, the website that sent you here (only when it's a different site) and a timestamp.
  • The contact form saves your email, the name you gave (optional), what you wrote, the page and a timestamp.

I use the first to decide who gets into the beta and to send one invite email from my own address, and the second to write back. That's the whole list. No newsletter, no selling, no sharing for someone else's marketing. If you're in the EU or UK: the legal basis is that you asked (to join, or to get an answer), plus my legitimate interest in replying.

What gets counted anyway

Cloudflare hosts the site. Its Web Analytics tallies visits per page, plus referring site, browser, device type and country, without cookies and without building a profile of anyone; I see totals, not people. To serve pages and block abuse Cloudflare also sees IP addresses and browser details, and form posts leave a request log that it keeps for a few days, which I use for chasing bugs.

No cookies get set. No ad pixels, no tracking scripts, and the fonts come from this domain instead of a third-party font service.

Who sees it

Me, through a password-protected page. Cloudflare stores and processes the records on my behalf under its data processing terms. Nobody else gets access.

This covers the website only. Get into the beta and you'll be told what the tracker itself stores before you add anything to it.

Where it sits, and for how long

A Cloudflare database located in Europe. Beta sign-ups are kept until the invite-only phase ends; messages are kept until they've been dealt with. After that they're deleted. Want yours removed earlier? Say so.

Deleting or fixing your data

You can ask to see what's stored about you, have it corrected or deleted, or ask me to stop using it. Write through the contact formfrom the address in question and it gets handled within 30 days. Unhappy with how that went? Complain to your data protection authority. Ukraine's is the Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights (the Ombudsman).

Under 16?

This site isn't for you, and I don't knowingly store data from anyone under 16.

Who's responsible

Vlad Polyanskiy, an independent SEO manager in Ukraine, runs llm-visibility-tracker.com and decides what happens to the data above. My own site is vladpoly.com; for anything about your data, use the contact form. If the list of what's collected ever changes, this page gets updated first and the date at the top moves.
